Designing a dbms by extending Java Minibase (open source row-store dbms Implementation) to develop a fully functional column-store database capable of query evaluation, optimization and buffer management functionalities.
Experimented with LSTM, Regression models for the application to predict Bitcoin trading rates using a decade’s historical trading data. Also taking into account twitter sentiment on the same topic, collectively achieving a prediction accuracy of 72%.
Developed a model to understand ASL by training features like DWT, FFT on raw sensor data from EMG, orientation, gyroscope, accelerometer to analyze the semantic meaning of a test gesture, attaining an accuracy of 82%.
Developed a program that analyzes the user's personality traits based on his/her whatsapp text messages and internet browser history on a personal crowdsourced dataset with an accuracy of 78%.
Designed a program that generates automated collages on social events by retrieving data from social media.
